El feminismo en disputa

Abstract

El objetivo de este trabajo consiste en un análisis del conflicto que la popularmente conocida como «Ley Trans» ha desatado en el feminismo español. Se expondrán los argumentos esgrimidos por los dos sectores enfrentados: por un lado, el «feminismo filosófico» o el sector transexcluyente; por otro, la «teoría queer» o el sector transinclusivo. También se analizarán los términos en disputa: el «sexo» y la «autodeterminación de género». Finalmente, se hará un balance de las cuestiones que mantienen abierta la investigación feminista: si el sujeto del feminismo puede designarse sin incurrir en un identitarismo excluyente o la abolición de la diferencia sexual, entre otras

The scope of this project consists of an analysis of the conflict that the popularly known as ‘‘Trans Law’’ has unleashed within the landscape of Spanish feminism. The arguments put forward by the two opposing sectors will be presented: first, the ‘‘Spanish philosophical feminism’’ or the trans-exclusionary sector, and second, the ‘‘queer theory’’ or the trans-inclusive sector. The terms in dispute will also be analyzed: ‘‘sex’’ and ‘‘gender self-determination’’. Finally, the questions that keep feminist research open will be congemplated: among them, whether the subject of feminism can be designated without incurring in an exclusionary identitarianism or the abolition of sexual difference.
