(Re)Hacer la memoria urbana en el territorio del municipio de Dos Hermanas: Puesta en valor de los Cortijos/Haciendas del Olivar en el arco suroeste. Lugar Nuevo, San Miguel de Montelirio, Molinos de Maestre e Ibarburu

Abstract

La arquitectura del olivar ha estructurado el territorio andaluz desde las épocas más antiguas, como huellas sobre el paisaje que sirven de raíz para las ciudades contemporáneas que se asientan sobre este trazado. Este fenómeno de estructuración del territorio ya se ha visto en otros elementos como la hidrografía o la topografía, que nos marcan límites y márgenes del suelo, por lo tanto, la forma que establece el olivar en el paisaje es una forma de colonizar el territorio, sus caminos y su parcelación conforma una estructura que sirve de eje para las futuras urbes. Las Haciendas de olivar situadas en el área suroeste del territorio de la localidad de Dos Hermanas se encuentran actualmente en una fase de riesgo por la presión que ejercen las empresas inmobiliarias sobre el municipio debido a su crecimiento poblacional. Por esto mismo analizaremos su valor histórico y urbanístico a través de una catalogación exhaustiva tanto de los elementos de paisaje natural como antropizados. Para culminar la investigación propondremos una ruta tanto "cultural" en la que intervendrán diferentes aspectos interdisciplinares potenciando su patrimonio, como "turística", con el fin de obtener beneficios económicos para que puedan reinvertirse en el mantenimiento de las propias Haciendas. Para ello será necesario, realizar un estudio de unidades de paisaje y territoriales con el fin de establecer cuáles de ellas deben formar parte de esa puesta en valor de estos singulares edificios agrícolas, y al mismo tiempo que establecer sinergias entre la propia propuesta cultural de la localidad y los nuevos usos que rodean a estas Haciendas para reinsertarlas en la ciudad moderna.

The architecture of the olive grove has structured the Andalusian territory since the most ancient times, as traces on the landscape that serve as roots for the contemporary cities that are based on this layout. This phenomenon of structuring the territory has already been seen in other elements such as hydrography or topography, which mark limits and margins of the landscape, therefore, the way that the olive grove establishes in the landscape is a way of colonizing the territory, its paths and division make up a structure that serves as the axis for future cities. The olive finances located in the southwestern area of the town of Dos Hermanas are currently in a phase of risk due to the pressure exerted by real estate companies on the municipality due to its population growth. For this reason, we will analyse its historical and urban value through an exhaustive cataloguing of both the natural and anthropized landscape elements. To complete the investigation, we will propose both a "cultural" route in which different interdisciplinary aspects will intervene, promoting their heritage, and a "tourist" route, to obtain economic benefits so that they can be reinvested in the maintenance of the olive finances themselves. For this, it will be necessary to carry out a study of landscape and territorial units to establish which of them should be part of the enhancement of these unique agricultural buildings, and at the same time to establish synergies between the cultural proposal of the locality and the new uses that surround these finances to reinsert them in the modern city.
