El papel de los medios y la importancia de las redes sociales en la Policía Nacional

Abstract

En el presente trabajo de investigación se indagará en la importancia que tiene el uso de las redes sociales en la Policía Nacional española. Con ello analizaremos el verdadero motivo por el que esta institución perteneciente a las Fuerzas y Cuerpos de Seguridad del Estado tiene participación diaria en las redes sociales y, por tanto, en la vida cotidiana de cada individuo. Estudiaremos, con ejemplos, cual es el fin de cada publicación según el tipo de mensaje emitido. Asimismo y desde el ámbito institucional, se expondrán los principales grupos de trabajo que se van a encargar de realizar la comunicación. También con el mismo fin se realizará una entrevista, que se incluirá de forma íntegra en el anexo. Una vez analizada toda esta información, se investigará acerca de los distintos canales de difusión con los que cuenta la Policía Nacional. Se van a comprender todas las redes sociales con las que cuenta la Policía, empezando por la primera: YouTube; para terminar por la última: Telegram; pasando por otras como Twitter o TikTok.

In the present research study, the importance of the use of social networks in the Spanish National Police will be investigated. We will analyze the real reason why this institution belonging to the State Security Forces and Corps has daily participation in social networks and, therefore, in the daily life of each individual. We will study, with examples, what is the purpose of each publication according to the type of message issued. Likewise, and from the institutional sphere, the main working groups that will be in charge of carrying out the communication will be exposed. Also for the same purpose, an interview will be carried out, which will be included in its entirety in the annex. Once all this information has been analysed, an investigation will be made into the different dissemination channels available to the National Police. They will include all the social networks that the Police have, starting with the first: YouTube; to finish with the last one: Telegram; going through others like Twitter or TikTok.
