dc.description.abstract | This document deals with the design and development of an electronic control system for a
competition vehicle. The main objective of the project will be to design, manufacture and test
a printed circuit board (PCB) that will integrate various functions, including power management,
current measurement, digital and analog input reading, and communication with other vehicle
systems. To do this, we will carry out an analysis of the requirements and specifications of the
system, as well as we will check the specifications of the chosen components.
The design chapter describes in detail the PCB design process, including component selection,
schematic, and routing.
In the manufacturing chapter, we will talk about the manufacturing and welding process.
The implementation of the code will be explained in detail separating the different parts of the
code.
And we will comment on how the proper functioning of the PCB has been verified through
different tests carried out both in the laboratory and on the track.
In the conclusions, the results obtained are summarized, in addition, possible improvements and
lines of future work are suggested.
In summary, this final degree project has allowed the design and development of an electronic control system for a competition vehicle, integrating different aspects of electronics and programming.
The knowledge gained and skills developed during this project have been invaluable to me. | es |
