La pregunta por el tiempo. Consideraciones sobre el concepto de tiempo en Heidegger

Abstract

El objetivo de este Trabajo Fin de Máster consiste en dilucidar qué podemos entender por tiempo desde el pensamiento filosófico de Martin Heidegger. El punto de partida, el cual sirve de introducción para llegar al objetivo propuesto, consiste en tratar lo que en la Antigua Grecia se entendía por tiempo comenzando desde la mitología y comprendiendo los conceptos de aión, chrónos y kairós. Se aborda también la concepción del tiempo en Aristóteles, Pablo de Tarso y San Agustín, los cuales son considerados, en este trabajo, como los antecedentes del análisis del tiempo de Heidegger por la influencia que tuvo su pensamiento en el autor. Lo fundamental para la consecución del objetivo es el análisis e interpretación de algunas obras de Heidegger en las que se muestra una evolución del concepto. El tomar en consideración la interpretación acerca de qué entiende Heidegger por tiempo nos llevará a comprobar si se satisface o no la pregunta fundamental que se deriva del objetivo del trabajo y la cual es: ¿el tiempo existe como tal o es un producto del ser humano para dar sentido a la existencia?

The aim of this Master's thesis is to elucidate what we can understand by time from the philosophical thought of Martin Heidegger. The starting point, which serves as an introduction to reach the proposed objective, consists of dealing with what was understood by time in Ancient Greece, starting from mythology and understanding the concepts of aión, chrónos and kairós. It also deals with the conception of time in Aristotle, Paul of Tarsus and Saint Augustine, who are considered, in this work, as the antecedents of Heidegger's analysis of time due to the influence that their thought had on the author. Fundamental to the achievement of the objective is the analysis and interpretation of some of Heidegger's works in which an evolution of the concept is shown. Taking into consideration the interpretation of Heidegger's understanding of time will lead us to verify whether or not the fundamental question deriving from the objective of the work is satisfied, which is: does time exist as such or is it a product of the human being in order to give meaning to existence?
