La herencia del olvido. Una respuesta patrimonial para el molino de aceite de la familia Díaz en Almedinilla

Abstract

Visibilizar el patrimonio industrial y agrícola en contextos rurales vulnerables. He aquí un estudio sobre el molino de aceite de la calle Cuatro Caños de Almedinilla, municipio al este de la comarca de la Subbética. El estado de ruina del conjunto sumado al interés de dar visibilidad a estos patrimonios que forman parte del día a día, que reflejan un modo de vida y de producción de un entorno rural, son motivos más que suficientes para plantear este estudio de cara a proponer una intervención con las oportunidades patrimoniales que ofrecen este tipo de bienes culturales. Para ello, se plantean cuestiones como la definición del paisaje del olivar andaluz, siendo el molino uno de los componentes del sistema del olivar andaluz, así como la identificación de los valores patrimoniales de este conjunto y la forma en la que se debe de intervenir en este tipo de objetos. La gestión cultural y la percepción social del patrimonio son también cuestiones esenciales que engloban al objeto y que nos lleva finalmente a las siguientes cuestiones : ¿Cómo y por qué intervenir en este tipo de patrimonios? ¿Para qué y para quién? ¿Qué futuro depara al molino de aceite de la calle Cuatro Caños de Almedinilla?

Making industrial and agricultural heritage visible in vulnerable rural contexts. Here is a study on the oil mill on Cuatro Caños street in Almedinilla, a municipality to the east of the Subbética region. The state of ruin of the complex added to the interest in giving visibility to these heritage that is part of everyday life, which reflect a way of life and production in a rural environment, are more than enough reasons to propose this study with a view to propose an intervention with the opportunities offered by this type of heritage objects. To this end, questions are raised such as the definition of the Andalusian olive grove landscape, the mill being one of the components of the Andalusian olive grove system, as well as the identification of the heritage values of this complex and the way in which it should intervene in these types of objects. Cultural management and the social perception of heritage are also essential issues that encompass the object and that finally leads us to the following questions: How and why intervene in this type of heritage? For what and for whom? What future holds for the oil mill on calle Cuatro Caños of Almedinilla?
