dc.description.abstract	El objetivo de este trabajo es presentar una adaptación del Uniform System of Accounts for the Lodging Industry (en adelante, USALI) a las características propias del subsector del alojamiento en albergues juveniles, considerando una nueva estructura departamental, reglas específicas de cálculo, asignación y registro, nuevos formatos de presentación y análisis de la información, así como de los ratios e indicadores más útiles para mejorar la gestión de estas organizaciones.	es
dc.description.abstract	The aim of this paper is to present a proposal to adapt the Uniform System of Accounts for the Lodging Industry (USALI) derived from the original model, with a corresponding adjustment to the essential features of the Hostelling Industry, building to address specifi c aspects of the Uniform System as the new departmental structure adapted, the rules of calculation, allocation and registration, the new formats of information presentation and analysis of information as well as the most useful ratios and indicators for improving the management of these organizations.	es
