dc.description.abstract | In this documenta an optimised rehabilitation project of a real block o apartments is conducted. Firstly, the
building is defined in its initial state and it is then simulated with the LIDER-CALENER Unified Tool software.
Thanks to this software the Energy Rating of the building is obtained. This is the parameter I will try to improve.
Secondly, a certain number of possible solutions is given. These solutions reduce the building’s energy
consumption, improving its efficiency, while also complying with the requirements of the current regulation.
The different solutions analised in this document include improvements to the building’s thermal enclosure, its
HVAC (Heat Ventilation and Air Conditioning) system and its domestic hot water production system.
Furthermore, an economic analysis of each of the proposed solutions is carried out, in order to discern wich
solution would be the most convenient in terms of its economic profitability. Thus, finaly, the optimal solution
is obtained, so the set of improvements that, complying with the regulations, provides the highest return on
investment is selected. | es |
