Levantamiento arquitectónico de la Iglesia de Nuestra Señora de las Nieves (Olivares)

Abstract

El presente Proyecto Fin de Grado (PFG) tiene por objetivo principal el levantamiento arquitectónico digital y la obtención de la planimetría actual de la parroquia Nuestra Señora de las Nieves del municipio de Olivares, en la provincia de Sevilla. La Parroquia Nuestra Señora de las Nieves, construida en la segunda mitad del siglo XVI, es el edifico de mayor valor histórico y patrimonial de Olivares. Los motivos que han llevado a decantar al alumno por este PFG han sido fundamentalmente dos: Por un lado, la escasa documentación gráfica existente y por otro, poder contribuir de alguna manera a ampliar y difundir la riqueza cultural e histórica del municipio de Olivares donde reside el autor del presente trabajo. En la actualidad, los modernos sistemas digitales de información y captación de datos geométricos espaciales permiten, la obtención de un modelo virtual tridimensional con altísima precisión, que posibilita, la obtención de una planimetría muy exacta que puede ser comparada con la existente. En este trabajo se han manejado equipos tecnológicos avanzados como el escáner BLK 360 de Leica, facilitado por el Departamento de Expresión Gráfica e Ingeniería de la Edificación, asimismo también se han utilizado softwares específicos como Cyclon Register, Cyclon Field, ReCap Pro, Revit y AutoCAD. Gracias a estas tecnologías y softwares se ha podido conseguir una nube de puntos, la cual nos ha permitido realizar el modelado virtual y su posterior planimetría actualizada. Durante la investigación solo se ha encontrado una imagen de la planta de la iglesia con escasa información gráfica e importantes carencias dimensionales. Finalmente, se ha conseguido una planimetría actualizada y completa. Esta documentación gráfica, será entregada a la parroquia Nuestra Señora de las Nieves, la cual se podrá usar para futuras investigaciones, y también para posteriores reformas, rehabilitaciones, remodelaciones o intervenciones en general que se necesiten realizar.

The main objective of this Final Degree Project (PFG) is to carry out a digital architectural survey and to obtain the current planimetry of the Nuestra Señora de las Nieves parish church in the municipality of Olivares, in the province of Seville. The Nuestra Señora de las Nieves parish church, built in the second half of the 16th century, is the building of greatest historical and heritage value in Olivares. The reasons that led the student to opt for this PFG were basically two: on the one hand, the scarcity of existing graphic documentation and, on the other, to be able to contribute in some way to expand and disseminate the cultural and historical wealth of the municipality of Olivares, where the author of this work resides. Nowadays, modern digital information systems and the capture of spatial geometric information allow us to obtain a three-dimensional virtual model with very high precision, which makes it possible to obtain a very exact planimetry that can be compared with the existing one. In this work, advanced technological equipment has been used, such as the Leica BLK 360 scanner, provided by the Department of Graphic Expression and Building Engineering, as well as the specific software Cyclon Register, Cyclon Field, ReCap Pro, Revit and AutoCAD. Thanks to these technologies and software, it has been possible to obtain a point cloud, which has allowed us to carry out the virtual modelling and its subsequent updated planimetry. During the research, we only found an image of the ground plan of the church with little graphic information and significant dimensional deficiencies. Finally, an updated and complete planimetry has been obtained. This graphic documentation will be given to the parish of Nuestra Señora de las Nieves, so that it can be used future research, and also for subsequent renovations, refurbishments, remodelling or interventions in general that need to be carried out.
