Ensayo de caja de cambio en banco experimental

Abstract

El objetivo del presente Trabajo de Fin de Grado es caracterizar, estudiar y ensayar una caja de cambios manual en un banco de ensayos. Se dispone de un protocolo para el ensayo de ésta, debiéndose testear al realizar físicamente los ensayos basándose en él y proponiendo las modificaciones necesarias en el caso de detectarse deficiencias. Para ello se hará una breve introducción a los fundamentos de sistemas de transmisión mecánicos. Posteriormente se caracterizará una caja de cambios cuyas especificaciones son desconocidas, hallando parámetros como el fabricante, el modelo, el vehículo y motores a los que va asociada, así como sus limitaciones mecánicas, en concreto el par y revoluciones de entrada máximas. De la caracterización surgirán una serie hipótesis que deberán ser dilucidadas mediante un primer ensayo de la caja. Una vez realizado el primer ensayo, si este fuese satisfactorio, se analizan los resultados, se ajusta si es necesario el banco de ensayos y se plantean una serie de ensayos posteriores en los que se somete a la caja a distintas condiciones de operación. Tras un postprocesado de los resultados obtenidos, se obtendrán una serie de conclusiones, que se discutirán en el último punto del trabajo.

The objective of this paper is to characterize, study and test a manual gearbox on a test bench. For this purpose, a brief introduction to the fundamentals of mechanical transmission systems will be made. A protocol for the testing of this is available and should be tested when physically performing the tests based on this protocol, proposing the necessary modifications if deficiencies are detected. Subsequently, a gearbox whose specifications are unknown will be characterized, finding parameters such as the manufacturer, model, vehicle, and engines to which it is associated, as well as its mechanical limitations, in particular the maximum input torque and revolutions. From the characterization, a series of assumptions will emerge and will have to be solved by a first test of the gearbox. Once the first test has been carried out, if satisfactory, the results are analyzed, and the test bench is adjusted if necessary. Then, a series of subsequent tests are planned in which the gearbox is subjected to different operating conditions. Successive tests will be carried out and the results obtained will be post-processed. These results will be used to obtain a series of final conclusions, which will be discussed at the end of the paper.
