Análisis, cálculo y comprobación de la estructura del Centro de Salud Jerez Sur

Abstract

El presente proyecto contiene el Análisis, Cálculo y Comprobación de la Estructura del Centro de Salud Jerez Sur (CCJS). Este trabajo se realiza sobre el edificio citado anteriormente, para el que he necesitado toda la documentación del Proyecto arquitectónico real y completo. El objetivo de este análisis ha sido la comprobación de un edificio con uso sanitario y la revisión de su estructura con aplicación de la normativa actual. Para llevar a cabo este Proyecto, ha sido imprescindible la utilización de un programa informático en su versión más actual, al igual que el manejo de la Normativa que le es de aplicación. A través del programa CYPECAD, se han introducido las hipótesis de partida: características del terreno, parámetros para el cálculo de acciones climáticas, tipología del emplazamiento, cotas y alturas por plantas, geometría y soluciones estructurales. Tras el recálculo de la estructura original, se han modificado ciertas soluciones estructurales para favorecer el comportamiento global del edificio. Entre ellos, la disminución de flechas en los paños de cada planta, y la mejora del comportamiento frente al punzonamiento de la estructura.

The following project contains the analysis, calculation, and verification of the structure of the the Healthcare Centre in South Jerez. To that end, it has been necessary the documents of the real and complete Architectural Project. The purpose of this analysis has been the verification of a building with sanitary purpose, and the revision of its structure applying current regulations. To carry out this paper, it has been essential the use of a software in its latest version, as well as the use its corresponding regulations. Through CYPECAD, the starting hypothesis have been introduced: land characteristics, values for the calculation of the climatic actions, typology of location, levels and heights by floors, geometry, and structural solutions. After the recalculation of the original structure, some structural solutions have been modified to favour the global behaviour of the building. Among them, the reduction of the deflection in the floor framing of each floor, and the improvement of the behaviour facing the punching shear of the structure.
