Control de un sistema de cuatro tanques usando CODESYS y Citect SCADA

Abstract

El servidor OPC-UA y el control remoto están ganando terreno a otros antiguos métodos de comunicación año tras año. Son dos componentes fundamentales en la ya existente revolución industrial inteligente 4.0. El trabajo trata de recrear un modelo basado en un sistema de cuatro tanques mediante la herramienta Matlab&Simulink. A esto se incorpora un control PID mediante el software Codesys 3.5. Finalmente se añade un SCADA sobre el control del sistema en el software Citect SCADA 2018. La comunicación de los tres programas se realiza mediante el servidor OPC-UA, introduciendo Codesys como servidor mientras que Matlab&Simulink y Citect SCADA quedarían como clientes. Finalmente se incluye un anexo con la guía detallada de la conexión al servidor OPC-UA de los tres programas utilizados.

The OPC-UA server and remote control are gaining ground on other old communication methods year after year. They are two fundamental components in the already existing intelligent industrial revolution 4.0. The project tries to recreate a model based on a four-tank system using the Matlab&Simulink tool. Added to this is a PID control using Codesys 3.5 software. Finally, a SCADA is included in the control of the system in the software Citect SCADA 2018. The communication of the three programs is carried out through the OPC-UA server, introducing Codesys as server while Matlab&Simulink and Citect SCADA would remain as clients. Finally, an annex is included with the detailed guide for connecting to the OPC-UA server for the three programs used.
