El lugar de las imágenes: una revisión de los límites del hogar

Abstract

El presente Trabajo de Fin de Máster plantea una investigación teórico-plástica cuyo eje central sería la pregunta “¿dónde está realmente el límite de nuestro hogar?”. Para ello, se estudia el concepto de imagen, y las diferencias y similitudes de estas dependiendo de la percepción del individuo, de si son imágenes reconocibles o no para él, ya que se considera que el individuo define cuál es su hogar dependiendo de las imágenes que recibe. Hablamos del hogar más allá de los límites de una vivienda, cómo cada persona puede sentirse parte de un lugar y reconocerlo como propio sin pertenecerle, y de algunos tipos de hogar que se han considerado de interés.

This Master’s Thesis proposes a theoretical-plastic research whose central axis would be the question “where is really the limit of our home?”. For it, the concept of image is studied, and the diferences and similarities of these depending on the perception of the individual, on if these are recognizable images or not for him, since it is considered that the individual defines his home depending on the images he receives. We talk about the home beyond the limits of a house, how each person can feel part of a place and recognize it as their own without belonging to it, and of some types of homes that have been considered of interest.
