Plan de Autoprotección del Instituto de Educación Secundaria Maimónides (Córdoba)

Abstract

Este documento tiene como objeto la redacción del Plan de Autoprotección del Instituto de Educación Secundaria Maimónides construido a principios del Siglo XX, ubicado en el centro histórico de la ciudad de Córdoba. Con él se pretende realizar un análisis de los riesgos que supongan tanto el propio el edificio, como sus instalaciones y la actividad desarrollada en el centro, todo ello con el fin de definir los procedimientos organizativos y las actuaciones preventivas necesarias para garantizar la seguridad de todas las personas en su interior. Con la redacción del Plan de Autoprotección, se detectan ciertas carencias en el centro, por lo que se realiza un Estudio de carencias y medidas correctoras necesarias para el cumplimiento de la normativa vigente, las cuales se valoran económicamente con el fin de conocer una estimación el coste de las futuras intervenciones que se deberán realizar.

The objective of this document is to redact the Self-Protection Plan of the Secondary School Maimónides, which was built at the beginning of the 20th Century, located in the historic centreof Córdoba. The aim of the plan is to carry out an analysis of the risks posed by the building itself, its installations and the activity carried out in the centre, with the aim of defining the organisational procedures and preventive actions necessary to guarantee the safety of all the people inside. As a result of the drafting of the Self-Protection Plan, certain deficiencies were detected in the centre, leading to a Study of deficiencies and corrective measures necessary for compliance with current regulations, which are assessed economically in order to estimate the cost of future interventions to be carried out.
