Plan de Autoprotección de la Asocación La Canariega y sus centros adscritos (C.A.I.T. La Sabina, C.A.I. La Jara y C.D.T.O. Doñana) en Edificio C.I.E.C.E.M.A. - Almonte (HUELVA)

Abstract

El R.D. 393/2007 de 23 de marzo, por el que se aprueba la Norma Básica de Autoprotección de los centros, establecimientos y dependencias dedicados a actividades que puedan dar origen a situaciones de emergencia, establece la obligación para este centro de elaborar, implantar materialmente y mantener operativo EL PLAN DE AUTOPROTECCIÓN, así como determina el contenido mínimo del mismo. El presente documento corresponde al estudio y desarrollo del Plan de Autoprotección, reglado por dicho RD, del edificio de la ASOCIACIÓN LA CANARIEGA Y SUS CENTROS ADSCRITOS (C.A.I.T. LASABINA, C.A.I. LA JARA y C.D.T.O. DOÑANA) sito en Edificio C.I.E.C.E.M.A. de C/ ROSA REGÁS S/Nen Almonte (Huelva). Su objetivo principal es establecer el marco orgánico y funcional para prevenir y controlar los riesgos sobre las personas y los bienes y dar respuesta adecuada a las posibles situaciones de emergencia. Aborda la identificación y evaluación de riesgos, las acciones y medidas necesarias para prevenirlos y controlarlos, y las medidas de protección y otras actuaciones a adoptar ante una emergencia, hasta la llegada de la ayuda externa de los servicios de emergencia. También, se proponen actuaciones correctoras (con su valoración económica), que se hacen necesarias para cumplir la normativa vigente, una vez analizadas las características constructivas y las singularidades de sus dependencias e instalaciones.

The R.D. 393/2007 of 23 March, which approves the Basic Self-Protection Regulations for centres, establishments and dependencies dedicated to activities that may give rise to emergency situations, establishes the obligation for this centre to draw up, materially implement and keep operational THE SELF-PROTECTION PLAN, as well as determining the minimum content of the same. The present document corresponds to the study and development of the Self-Protection Plan, regulated by said RD, of the LA CANARIEGA ASSOCIATION building and ITS ASSOCIATED CENTRES (LA SABINA C.A.I.T., LA JARA C.A.I. and DOÑANA C.D.T.O.) located in the C.I.E.C.E.M.A. Building in C/ROSA REGÁS S/N in Almonte (Huelva). Its main objective is to establish the organisational and functional framework to prevent and control risks to people and property and to provide an adequate response to possible emergency situations. It addresses the identification and assessment of risks, the actions and measures necessary to prevent and control them, and the protective measures and other actions to be taken in the event of an emergency, until the arrival of external assistance from the emergency services. Also, corrective actions are proposed (with their economic valuation), which are necessary tocomply with current regulations, after analysing the construction characteristics and the singularities of its dependencies and installations.
