Rehabilitación optimizada de edificio terciario: edificio principal del instituto de la grasa (Sevilla)

Abstract

En este proyecto se ha realizado la rehabilitación de un edificio terciario conforme a dos premisas principales: el cumplimiento del Código Técnico y la minimización del Coste del Ciclo de Vida de dicho edificio. Para su realización se ha utilizado la sede principal del Instituto de la Grasa de Sevilla situado en el Campus de la Universidad Pablo de Olavide. Para realizar dicha rehabilitación, se ha usado el software conocido como Herramienta Unificada LIDER/CALENER ofrecido por el Ministerio de Ciencia e Innovación. Dicho software, facilita la verificación del DB-HE 2019. En este proyecto se tocan todas las ramas de la rehabilitación energética para dar una solución completa para dicho edificio, apoyándose en el conocimiento recibido durante la etapa de formación en la Escuela Técnica Superior de Ingeniería de Sevilla, junto con la investigación realizada para conocer más sobre esta rama de la Ingeniería.

In this project, the rehabilitation of a tertiary building has been carried out according to two main premises: the fulfilment compliance of the Technical Code and the minimization of the Life Cycle Cost. The main headquarters of the Seville Institute of Fat has been used for its execution, which is located on the Campus of the University of Pablo de Olavide. The software used to carry out the rehabilitation is known as LIDER / CALENER Unified Tool, which is offered by the Ministry of Science and Innovation. This software facilitates the verification of the DB-HE 2019. In this project, all branches of energetic rehabilitation are referred touched to provide a complete solution for the building mentioned above, and it will rely on the received knowledge during the training stage at the Higher Technical School of Engineering of Seville, along with the research carried out to learn more about this field of Engineering.
