Levantamiento planimétrico y análisis patológico: parroquia de San Sebastián (Pedrera)

Abstract

El presente Proyecto Fin de Grado consiste en el levantamiento planimétrico de la Parroquia de San Sebastián que se haya situada en la Sierra Sur Sevillana, en el municipio de Pedrera. Actualmente se carecen de datos planimétricos sobre el edificio religioso, por ello éste estudio está basado en un levantamiento planimétrico mediante técnicas manuales tradicionales de medidas reales del edificio y técnicas digitalizadas que me han permitido plasmar la realidad en papel. La finalidad de este proyecto es la incorporación a los datos conocidos de la misma creando la existencia de una memoria gráfica que podrá ser de buena mano para múltiples actuaciones que puedan estar porvenir, por ejemplo, para alcanzar el riguroso cuidado y mantenimiento de la parroquia, para propuestas de intervenciones en caso de necesidad o cualquier tema que implique la necesidad de documentación gráfica. En esta memoria se abarcan temas históricos de los orígenes más remotos del Municipio donde se sitúa el templo; se trata con especial atención los datos donde se muestran los primeros vestigios de la construcción de la iglesia. Además de algunos datos de su evolución a lo largo de los años y de la procedencia de los materiales principales de los que se compone la iglesia. Se adjunta documentación hecha a mano sobre croquis y dibujos que sirvieron de orientación para la toma de medidas in situ. Así como la explicación del levantamiento y la planimetría y volumetría de la Parroquia, además de numerosas fotografías que sitúan al lector de este proyecto en la temática que se tratará a continuación. También se aportan fichas de análisis patológicos diversos de la iglesia en su conjunto, dejando ver sus puntos débiles, que servirá de ayuda quizá para la futura localización directa y reparación de los mismos. Para finalizar, dejar previsto que este proyecto ha tenido como gran base de apoyo una fuente bibliográfica magnífica que ha sido el pilar fundamental para la ayuda a la compresión de las distintas etapas que la iglesia pudo pasar para llegar hasta la iglesia que conocemos hoy día.

This End of Degree Project consists of the planimetric survey of the San Sebastián Parish which is located in the Sierra Sur Sevillana, in Pedrera. Currently there aren´t planimetric data on the religious building, therefore this study is based on a planimetric survey using traditional manual techniques of real measurements of the building and digitized techniques that have allowed me to capture reality on paper. The purpose of this project is the incorporation of the known data of the same creating the existence ofa graphic memory that could be a good hand for multiple actions that may be to come, for example, to achieve the rigorous care and maintenance of the parish, for proposals for interventions in case of need or any issue that implies the need for graphic documentation. In this memory historical subjects of the most remote origins of the Municipality where the temple is located are covered; the data showing the first vestiges of the church's construction is treated with special attention. In addition to some data on its evolution over the years and the origin of the materials that make up the church. Documentation made by hand on sketches and drawings is attached that served as guidance for taking measurements in situ. As well as the reason of the survey and the planimetry and volume of the Parish. In addition to numerous photographs that place the reader of this project on the subject that will be discussed below. Sheets of various pathological studies of the church as a whole are also provided, revealing its weak points, which will perhaps help with the future direct location and repair of them. To conclude, it is planned that this project has had as a great base of support a magnificent bibliographic source that has been the fundamental base for helping to understand the different stages that the church could go through to reach the church we know today.
