Por tanto, elobjetivo de este trabajo fue conocer los distintos patrones de sueño y comprobar si a partir de este se puede ver influido la actividad física y/o comportamientos sedentarios que se realiza a lo largo deldía.Paraello,seutilizóunamuestrade13alumnosde9a11añosdeSevilla.Paralamedición de la actividad física se utilizaron acelerómetros, los cuales recogían los niveles de actividad física de moderada a vigorosa, actividad física ligera y sedentarismo. El 100% de la muestra no alcanzó las pautas de salud de actividad física, es decir, un mínimo de 60 minutos de Actividad física vigorosa(MVPA) al día. Las claves de la Educación Física proporcionaron una cantidad considerable de MVPA y desempeñaron un papel importante en la cantidad total deMVPA Sleeping consist in the rest of our senses and any voluntary movement necessary to do every physical activity. Children as well as old people, they share these three facts (sleeping, physical activity and a sedentary behaviour) so it is highly necessary to analyse each of them in order to notice any benefits or detriments they offer to our lifes.We took a sample of thirteen sevillian children aged from 9 to 10 years old. Wemesured the physical activity with accelerometers, which gathered the different physical activity levels from moderate to vigorous, light phyical activity and sedentarism. 100% of our sampledidnotreachthephysical activityhealth guidelines,thatis60minutesperdayof Vigorous Physical Activity (MVPA).
