Boccia is a specific sport for people who have suffered cerebral palsy and it allows them to take part in programs of exercise and take advantage from the benefits wich physical activity yields. This sport can also motivate this kind of people to practise this type of activity and it even allows them to work on specific objetives as the improvement of muscular strength. This article presents an initial evaluation of a group of disabled persons who practise boccia. After this test, we can see that this group of people needs to improve both their muscular strength, accuracy and the balls throwing direction. From the data we obteined in this test we propose a specific program of physical activity to improve their motor skills, wich they will have to use when they practise this sport.
