This route of architecture has, among its objectives, to recognize the different landscapes and situations that it crosses, both geographically and culturally. The mountain massif of the Jura, belonging to the Alpine mountain range, indicates on the maps an area that exceeds the municipal or cantonal borders that administratively organize the territories and countries it occupies: France, Switzerland and Germany. This journey is not the route of Le Corbusier, but the presence of several of his works are essential: the convent of the Tourette in Firminy and the Chapelle of Ronchamp, among which the Chaux de Fonds, site of the first Works of the master. Every trip is a great opportunity to "learn to look at architecture". |
