Abstract | El territorio entendido como una porción de superficie terrestre engloba no solo aspectos físicos y tangibles propios del lugar, está vinculado a su vez a una serie de elementos sociales, culturales, políticos y económicos ... El territorio entendido como una porción de superficie terrestre engloba no solo aspectos físicos y tangibles propios del lugar, está vinculado a su vez a una serie de elementos sociales, culturales, políticos y económicos que dan lugar a un contexto en el que desarrollamos nuestra existencia. La identidad del ser humano se ve condicionada por su entorno, esta relación tan esencial justifica la continua evolución de ambos a través de una serie de transformaciones. El movimiento artístico conocido como Land Art o Earth Art representa como bien describe su nombre al arte generado a través del territorio. Este movimiento de ideas contundentes y transgresoras realizado con medios básicos pone en evidencia la relación del ser humano con su entorno. El Land Art debido a sus características y cualidades podría entenderse como el punto de encuentro entre dos importantes disciplinas: la arquitectura y la escultura. |
