un proyecto de investigación de excelencia ... Esta comunicación presenta resultados sobre el grado de “ceguera de género” (dificultad para reconocer indicadores de desigualdad) en el profesorado. El estudio se enmarca en un proyecto de investigación de excelencia subvencionado por la Junta de Andalucía (Teón XXI). El propósito es analizar las competencias del profesorado para reconocer indicadores de desigualdad en educación. Para ello, realizamos un estudio ex post facto con 324 docentes de Andalucía, aplicando una técnica de prueba “de respuesta máxima” y autoinforme, que permiten identificar: 1) el porcentaje de profesorado que reconoce cada indicador de desigualdad; es decir, que “acierta” en sus respuestas. 2) el porcentaje de profesorado que se muestra “indeciso” y, 3) el porcentaje de profesorado “aperceptivo” en el reconocimiento de los indicadores de igualdad. Los resultados muestran que el 33,7% de profesores y 25% de profesoras tienen dificultades para reconocer la desigualdad, lo que se observa en los % de error e indecisión. En conjunto, el profesorado tiene más dificultades para reconocer indicadores relacionados con las políticas de igualdad y el lenguaje no sexista. Asimismo, los profesores presentan menos competencias en el reconocimiento de la desigualdad que las profesoras. |
