El objetivo de esta tesis es explorar diferentes alternativas para la realización de microelectrónica de sistemas borrosos y neuronales. Los aspectos más relevantes a considerar serán la automatización del diseño y la obtención de prestaciones que difícilmente se pueden conseguir con soluciones tradicionales. Se centra en mejorar aspectos que las implementaciones digitales de controladores borrosos y redes neuronales no pueden satisfacer: Bajo consumo en área, bajo consumo de potencia y alta velocidad. Estas especificaciones se pueden conseguir utilizando circuitos analógicos y mixtos, por ello se estudian las diferentes alternativas propuestas. Se define un generador de funciones de pertenencia propio, basado en un amplificador de transconductancia muy lineal dotado de programabilidad de forma que puede reproducir funciones de pertenencia triangulares y trapezoidales. |
