The purpose of this document is the analysis of the building for external medical consultation “Policlínico” of the Virgen Macarena Hospital in Seville. This analysis is based on the demands and consumptions of the building, as well as on its level of CO2 emissions. A diagnosis of the building is made to identify its pathologies and different energy saving measures are studied to reduce their effects. Each of these measures is analyzed individually based in the energy rating of the building obtained after its implementation. In addition, an economic study of each of them is carried out to determine its viability. The energy saving measures will be applied to the envelope of the building and its facilities. All the measures that are viable are grouped in a joint proposal and an energy analysis of the building is carried out after the implementation of all of them. As a result, a 70% reduction in both CO2 emissions and non-renewable primary energy consumption is obtained, in addition, the total consumption of electric power from the network is reduced by 71 %, this is equal to an annual saving of 42.142,18 €. This can be made with a reduced investment and causing minimal damage to the development of the activity in the building. |
