Siguiendo la serie de artículos que recoge esta sección de la revista Temas Laborales desde hace ya varios números, este trabajo se centra en dos temas básicos de la realidad laboral. Por un lado se plantea la evolución del mercado de trabajo en España y Andalucía ocurrida en el segundo trimestre de 2003, según las principales variables de actividad, empleo y paro. Por otro lado, se plantean, de forma descriptiva, una serie de variables que caracterizan algunos de los rasgos más importantes de las relaciones laborales. En este sentido, se aborda un análisis de los siguientes temas: los salarios y costes laborales, la jornada de trabajo, la negociación colectiva, la siniestralidad, los conflictos y la satisfacción en el trabajo. Estas cuestiones se plantean tanto para el conjunto nacional, como para la economía andaluza. |
