para la democracia, tanto desde ... En el estudio de los movimientos sociales existe un amplio consenso sobre el papel de los mismos como agentes de democratización. Por otra parte, se ha destacado la relevancia de internet para la democracia, tanto desde visiones positivas como negativas del nuevo medio. En el cruce de internet y los movimientos sociales -que cada vez más usan y se apropian de la red- podemos encontrar una aportación relevante al debate sobre la democracia digital. Este texto argumenta que el uso tecnopolítico de la red por parte de los movimientos puede considerarse tan relevante para la profundización democrática como el voto electrónico u otras posibles aplicaciones de las TIC, aunque como ellas también alberga riesgos. |
