Abstract

Actualmente se han producido cambios en el ámbito social y familiar que han dado lugar a nuevas estructuras familiares, diferentes a la familia tradicional. Entre ellas se encuentran las familias monoparentales, constituidas por un proceso de divorcio, llevando éste implícito numerosos cambios. Para las familias que viven esta situación, el apoyo resulta fundamental. El objetivo fundamental de este trabajo es realizar un Programa de Intervención dirigido a padres y madres en situación de divorcio para orientarles en la redefinición de sus roles parentales y así favorecer el ejercicio de la coparentalidad aumentando la colaboración entre ambos progenitores procurando siempre el bienestar de los menores. Para llevarlo a cabo se utilizará una metodología activa, dinámica y flexible, trabajando con ambos progenitores durante nueve sesiones de una hora. Para comprobar su eficacia, y el cumplimiento de los objetivos propuestos, se realizará una evaluación al inicio y final del programa mediante la realización de un pre-test y post-test.

Currently there have been several changes in the social and familiar sphere that have given rise to new family structures, different from the traditional family. Among these are single-parent families, constituted by a divorce process, taking this implicit numerous change. For families who live this situation, support is essential. The main purpose of this work is to conduct an Intervention Programme aimed at fathers and mothers in divorce situation to guide them in the redefinition of their parental roles and thus favour the exercise of co-parenting by increasing collaboration between both parents always seeking the children’s welfare. To carry it out, an active, dynamic and flexible methodology will be used, working with both parents during nine sessions of one hour.
