En el presente Trabajo de Fin de Grado se realiza una investiga ción exhaustiva sobre el ámbito del marketing sensorial, concretamente aplicado a las estrategias que la marca Stradivarius emplea en sus puntos de venta. En la primera parte de este trabajo se realiza una investigación que abarca desde la evolución del marketing tradicional al marketin experimental, hasta el concepto de marketing sensorial y su desarrollo, dónde estudiaremos cómo influir en los consumidores y su proceso de compra a través de los sentidos. En la segunda parte , se ejecuta un análisis cualitativo de un establecimiento concreto de Stradivarius, con el objetivo de conocer qué estrategias de marketing sensorial emplea para actuar sobre sus consumidores, y un estudio cualitativo de una muestra del público objetivo de la marca, con el que se pretende analizar cómo les influyen dichas estrategias de marketing sensorial. In the present End of Degree Project an exhaustive investigation is carried out on the field of sensory marketing, specifically applied to th e strategies that the Stradivarius brand uses in its points of sale. In the first part of this work we carry out a research that goes from the evolution of traditional marketing to experimental marketing, to the concept of sensory marketing and its develop ment, where we will study how to influence consumers and their buying process through the senses. In the second part, a qualitative analysis of a specific establishment of Stradivarius is carried out, with the aim of knowing which sensory marketing strategies are used to act on its consumers, and a qualitative study of a sample of the target audience of the brand, with which the aim is to analyze how these sensory marketing strategies influence them |
