Abstract | En la presente Tesis hemos estudiado en perros sin hepatopatía la hemodinámica cardio circulatoria, tanto a nivel sistémico como pulmonar, en las tres fases que han compuesto esta investigación: Primera fase o de normalidad, ... En la presente Tesis hemos estudiado en perros sin hepatopatía la hemodinámica cardio circulatoria, tanto a nivel sistémico como pulmonar, en las tres fases que han compuesto esta investigación: Primera fase o de normalidad, segunda fase tras provocarle al animal una hipertensión portal, y tercera fase tras practicarle un shunt porto cava. Solamente hemos detectado importantes cambios hemodinámicos en la segunda fase, es decir, en los perros hipertensos portales. Mediante la técnica quirúrgica empleada se consiguió provocar, en estos animales, un incremento de la presión en vena porta muy importante y significativo (P menor de 0.0003). Tras el shunt porto cava descendió la presión portal hasta cifras similares a las que tenían en situación de normalidad. Los flujos hepáticos sufrieron variaciones sensibles durante la investigación: - El flujo portal se elevó solo discretamente en la fase de hipertensión portal. - El flujo arterial hepático se incrementó sensiblemente al convertir al animal en hipertenso portal (P menor de 0.001), y ya no se modificó tras la derivación. - El flujo hepático total se incrementó notablemente, con significación estadística al límite, en la fase de hipertensión portal. |
