dc.description.abstract	Pelli Tower is being built in the City of Sevilla. A new concept of building Architecture is born. Singularities are being described in the article: structural typology, materials, loads considered in the calculations (seism and wind tunnel Test), and construction methods used in the execution. A list of the main quantities used in the Pelli Tower is included to emphasize the importance of the execution.	es
