E-learning para la Formación Profesional Inicial en Andalucía: cuatro años de experiencia

Abstract

E-learning está poco a poco convirtiéndose en la respuesta más adecuada a las necesidades de formación profesional de personas en diferentes momentos de su vida. Acercar la formación a las personas que por diferentes razones (porque son trabajadores en activo, cuidadores, minusválidos, personas que viven en entornos alejados de centros educativos, etc.) no pueden asistir a las ofertas formativas presenciales, constituye una necesidad en nuestra sociedad actual. Desde el curso académico 2003-2004, la Consejería de Educación de la Junta de Andalucía viene ofertando la posibilidad de realizar Ciclos Formativos de Grado Medio y Superior a través de la modalidad e-learning. Desde ese curso poco a poco se ha ido ampliando la oferta formativa con nuevos módulos y ciclos. Podemos decir que la experiencia que ahora describimos, que cuenta ya con cuatro años de andadura, vino a representar un proyecto pionero en España, ya que en el momento de su inicio no existían ofertas formativas similares. Desde el nacimiento del proyecto, son seis las Comunidades Autónomas las que han iniciado acciones similares, lo que poco a poco va creando un espacio de colaboración y desarrollo entre diferentes comunidades autónomas.

E-learning try to approach the development of the people which for different reasons (because they are workers in active-duty, caretakers, handicaped, people who live in moved away surroundings of educative centers, etc.) they cannot attend the actual training institutions Since the academic course 2003-2004 the Council of Educación of the Andalusian Government comes supplying the possibility of making Initial Vocational Training through the modality e-learning. Since that year little by little it has been extended the training supply with new modules and cycles. We can say that the experience which now we described in this article, came to represent a pioneering project in Spain, since at the moment of their beginning similar e-learning supplies did not exist. From the birth of the project, they are the six Spanish regions that have initiated similar actions, which little by little is creating a space of collaboration and development between different regions in Spain.
