El planteamiento de optimización del coste de un edificio en relación con los fines para los que fue concebido, mediante el máximo aprovechamiento de tecnologías de vanguardia, puede producir rechazo si los factores a optimizar se reducen a los meramente objetivables o económicos sin ninguna vocación humanística. Es necesario pues, introducir factores de naturaleza cultural y psicológica en el proceso de diseño así como un cierto grado de regionalismo en las creaciones. Otro factor importante es el ajuste de parámetros físicos o estudio de sensibilidad pues es en este dominio donde una definición formal precisa estar más justificada y superarse así la creencia común de que existe una marcada uniformidad entre los comportamientos físicos de diferentes morfologías. Para ello hemos producido nuestro método. También se ha puesto especial énfasis en la monitorización y medición computerizada mediante sensores de edificios de referencia. El propósito fundamental de esta investigación está en la clarificación del concepto polémico de edificio inteligente y la necesidad de centrarlo en los medios arquitectónicos de los que se había desplazado a nuestro entender injustificadamente.| |
