tado de la cuestión de la formación inicial de profesionales de educación
infantil en Alemania y Suecia. El estudio se realiza mediante el análisis ... Se presentan conocimientos actualizados acerca de la evolución y el es tado de la cuestión de la formación inicial de profesionales de educación infantil en Alemania y Suecia. El estudio se realiza mediante el análisis de experiencias que ayuden a conocer otras realidades educativas desde una perspectiva metodológica comparada. Los resultados reflejan similitudes entre la formación inicial de estos profesionales en los dos países estudia dos, pues en ambos se combina la formación profesional con los estudios superiores dependiendo de la categoría profesional (personal de atención, auxiliar o docente). Existen también diferencias relacionadas con el tipo de centro en el que se imparte la formación, la duración de las prácticas profesionales y otras cuestiones relacionadas con el posterior ejercicio profesional. Se concluye añadiendo el incuestionable influjo del Proceso de Bolonia, que ha contribuido con cambios significativos. Presents updated knowledge regarding the evolution and the state of initial training of child education professionals in Germany and Sweden. The study was conducted through an analysis of experiences that help to learn other educational realities from a comparative methodological perspective. The results reflect similarities between the initial training of these professionals in the two countries studied, both of which combine professional training with higher studies depending on the professional category (service, ancillary and teaching-assistant personnel). There were also differences related to the type of center in which the training was provided, the length of professional training and other questions related with later professional performance. It concludes by addressing the unquestionable influence the Bologna Process has had in contributing significant changes. |
