Due to the urgent need to reduce energy consumption, especially fossil fuels, conventional gas boilers for water heating have been replaced for years by installations that take advantage of the sun's energy to heat water and thus be able to supply different types of buildings with DHW (Domestic Hot Water). The context of solar thermal energy in the international and national context will be discussed and then, using a real building in the residential sector, an energy production analysis will be carried out to supply the corresponding needs using the F-CHART calculation method, POLYSUN and TRNSYS software. The aim of these simulations is to check the discrepancies between these systems and to obtain conclusive results of energy production that can be used for any type of DHW installation. |
