En el presente trabajo estudiamos a 59 pacientes (27 varones y 32 hembras), seleccionados previo diagnóstico clínico y radiográfico, a los que se realizó tratamiento de pulpotomía al formocresol en dientes primarios en pulpa viva. Dichos pacientes fueron seguidos clínica y radiográficamente durante 6, 12 y 24 meses mostrando tres casos de fracaso (5,08 por 100) a los 6 meses, con total éxito clínico y radiológico a los 12 y 24 meses. These patients were continued studied clinic and radiographia clining 6, 12 and 24 moths later, and with a complete success clinic and radiographic 12 months and 24 months later. |
