Abstract | El estudio de las soluciones de Dirac es importante para la descripción relativista
de una variedad de sistemas, siendo particularmente relevante en física atómica, física
nuclear y física de partículas. En este trabajo ... El estudio de las soluciones de Dirac es importante para la descripción relativista de una variedad de sistemas, siendo particularmente relevante en física atómica, física nuclear y física de partículas. En este trabajo desarrollamos las expresiones derivadas de la ecuación de Dirac para potenciales centrales, dado su particular interés físico, y aplicaremos un procedimiento que implementa una resolución numérica por métodos de Runge-Kutta para estudiar los estados ligados. A partir de dichos métodos obtenemos funciones de onda y niveles de energía de partículas de espín 1/2, que hemos estudiado para un potencial electromagnético coulombiano y para un potencial de Cornell, que describe el confinamiento de quarks. Considerando las aproximaciones necesarias al problema de un solo cuerpo, aplicamos estas soluciones para dar una descripción de átomos, átomos muónicos y mesones que se adecua a las predicciones teóricas y a la evidencia experimental. |
