Abstract

El Diario de Incidentes, una herramienta para detectar el acoso en grupo y también útil en el ámbito jurídico, puede analizarse cualitativamente para crear obras artísticas de resiliencia. En este sentido, el blanco delacos o se convierte en investigador en un trabajo de campo. El objetivo de este texto es analizar el nivel de madurez personal y artística a través de las últimas piezas de arte realizadas por una víctima en un proceso de acoso de diez años. Ciertos aspectos de la supervivencia queery la investigación basada en el arte convergen para hacer visible la ceguera de la institución. El aprendizaje que la institución obtiene de sus denuncias visuales y performativas, sin haber reparado los daños, ha generado una línea creativa más trascendente, global y ecológica en el blanco del acoso.

The Diary of Incidents, a tool to detect group bullying and also useful in the legal field, can be analyzed qualitatively to create artistic works of resilience. In this sense, the target of the harassment becomes a researcher in a fieldwork.The aim of this text is to analyze the level of personal, artistic maturity through the last pieces of art made by a target in a ten-year harassment process. Certain aspects of queer survival strategies and art-based research converge to make visible the blindness of the institution.The learning that the institution obtains from her visual and performative complaints, without having repaired the damages, has generated a more transcendent, global and ecological creative line in the target.
