Abstract | El objetivo principal del trabajo es clasificar una lesión
pigmentada dada en tres tipos de patrones globales: reticulado,
globular y homogéneo. Para ello, primero se ha procedido a
buscar el método óptimo de segmentación ... El objetivo principal del trabajo es clasificar una lesión pigmentada dada en tres tipos de patrones globales: reticulado, globular y homogéneo. Para ello, primero se ha procedido a buscar el método óptimo de segmentación que nos permita tratar únicamente la zona de interés. Posteriormente se ha realizado la extracción de características de textura basadas en la matriz de coocurrencia y en la Transformada de Fourier, y se ha finalizado clasificando las lesiones en tres posibles clases según su patrón global: reticulado, globular y homogéneo. Para esto último se ha utilizado un sistema Support Vector Machine. Por último, se han analizado los resultados obtenidos, encontrándose una precisión total de 86.95% y una sensibilidad total del 80.63%. |
