The purpose of this Degree Project has consisted of processing data taken from a PT326 Feedback Process Control System in the laboratory of the Department of Systems Engineering and Automatics of the Higher Tecnical School of the University of Seville, and a simulated system in MATLAB Simulink of this device with which the similarities of the results will be verified. The problem with this system lies in the difficulty of its control if it not supported by delay compensators. For this reason, the aim is to show as a result the behaviour of the system in the face of a series of steps provided manually around its operating point. The project has been divided into several sections. Firstly, the data processing of the simulated system. In turn, this section has been subdivided into two sections, data collection at constant ambient temperature and at variable ambient temperature. And, secondly, the treatment of the data of the real system. Once all the experiments had been carried out, they were compared to see the accuracy of both simulations and the effectiveness of the laboratory device |
