The aim of this End of Grade Project is to study physical activity and adherence to the Mediterranean Diet in Andalusian primary school children during confinement due to COVID19, distinguishing results in general, by gender and age, all of which is conditioned by the COVID19 pandemic.. To do this, we have used two questionnaires: The KIDMED Questionnaire and the IPAQ-C Questionnaire. After analysing the answers to these questionnaires in a sample of 140 students aged between 7 and 12 in terms of Primary Education in Andalusia, we obtained important results such as: 100% of those surveyed ate olive oil, 99.3% have breakfast or 36.4% were very active. We have reached the conclusion that the children surveyed follow the eating habits stipulated by the Mediterranean diet, with the exception of the 8 and 10 year-old students, who eat worse. The results obtained from the physical activity of each of the pupils show a good degree of physical activity during the 7 days prior to carrying out the questionnaire and a very low degree of inactivity. |
