Abstract | La parcela del presente proyecto se encuentra situada en las afueras del histórico barrio de la ciudad de Sevilla, Triana. Su localización, a 30 minutos a pie de lo que se considera el centro de la ciudad y en el borde del ... La parcela del presente proyecto se encuentra situada en las afueras del histórico barrio de la ciudad de Sevilla, Triana. Su localización, a 30 minutos a pie de lo que se considera el centro de la ciudad y en el borde del límite externo del barrio, y el carácter residencial de la zona hace que la escala vecindario (5 minutos a pie desde la vivienda) se encuentre carente de servicios públicos y dotaciones. De hecho, la mayoría de equipamientos que encontramos alrededor se sitúan cercanos a calles principales y con mucho mayor tráfico rodado (fácil acceso-transporte público). Este distanciamiento con las actividades reproductivas y productivas del día a día de las personas vecinas provoca un notorio incremento de inversión en tiempos de desplazamiento, aumentado por la escasa red de transporte público que llega a un barrio mayormente residencial, y como resultado de ello, aumento de la utilización de transporte privado. |
