I n electrical networks such as the Spanish one, enterily meshed and with a substantial amount of penetration of renewable energy, various random factors appear that can hardly be predicted. I n electrical networks such as the Spanish one, enterily meshed and with a substantial amount of penetration of renewable energy, various random factors appear that can hardly be predicted. The wind, the network faults or the demand itself are some of these. Due to the fact that electric power system is a complex system (including the conversion of wind kinetic power into electrical power within our electrical system) and dependent on multiple factors, simulation mechanisms are required to reproduce all the different cases and variables that are presented in such a case. Therefore, It covers both the technical and economic viability of a medium or large-scale wind power generation installation project in an industrial park in the city of Seville using simulation tools that confirm its viability. The project is intended to be promoted by the owner of the industrial park, a group of companies of the same, or by the same distribution company of the place. The keypoint is the improvement of the behavior of the low and medium voltage network in case of resistive voltage drop produced by the typical discharge of the industrial power grid during night periods. |
