International studies point to the need for pedagogical alternatives that favor the development of the oral expression of future generations. The purpose of this work is to develop an intervention proposal following the line of systemic functional linguistics and scaffolding methodology as pedagogical alternatives. For this,we use a qualitative methodology based on the study of multiple nested cases. To obtain and analyze the data of students' oral discourse, different instruments are used, such as interviews,cross-tabulations and evaluation records. The results of the study show a global improvement of the oral discourse of the students of the selected sample. Although limitations such as time have negatively influenced these results. However, a series of improvements for future interventions in the Final Degree Project are presented.
