El apoyo financiero a las PYME en Europa: los sistemas de garantía

Abstract

El objetivo común a todos los sistemas de garantías es permitir el acceso de las PYME, en las condiciones adecuadas, a los medios financieros externos. En los últimos años, los sistemas europeos han incrementado su actividad y se han creado nuevos sistemas en aquellos países donde no existían, gracias al impulso y promoción que están recibiendo de la Unión Europea, principalmente a través del Fondo Europeo de Inversiones. En el presente trabajo realizamos un recorrido por los diferentes sistemas de garantías europeos que nos permite observar la gran diversidad existente entre ellos, a pesar del objetivo común que persiguen, ofreciendo, además, datos acerca del nivel de actividad de cada uno de ellos.

The guarantee systems work in the mark of the financial problem of the SME and there it is where it is necessary to understand the development of them in the different European countries. In this sense, the guidelines of the European Union head to the promotion and impulse of these through the European Investments Fund. Presently work carries out a journey for the different European systems of guarantees that it allows us to observe the great existent diversity among them and we offer relative data at the activity level of each one.
