This research proves the usefulness of systematic collection of information on aging people. It’s also pointed out a statistical analysis procedure to interpret this one. Four cases of institutionalized elderly people are presented and the scores obtained on subjective well-being for a period between a year and a year and a half are analysed. Time-series analysis shows significant downward trend of subjective well-being in two of the cases and the same tendency on the satisfaction in three of them, maybe subtle for routine clinical checup, but yet provable statistically speaking. Several stressing events´rol about some data considered is also analysed. Definitively, a well-being and its components continuos register can disclose valuable information about situations and progress in the evolution of elderly people´s mood and it can also complement the clinical exploration
