We present a formative process in the field of higher education, based on a methodology experiential centred on the person. It propose to the student body to develop two types of projects: an individual project for questioning to their professional and life project and another to work in group whose objective is to explore the professionals profiles of guidance in different areas (academic, labour, business). To carry out the evaluation of experience, we have taken as a reference: the teacher diary, the student diary, learning portfolios, individual and group self-assessment and an evaluation scale of the subject. The student body makes a very positive assessment experience; they admit that the methodology has helped them to recognize a clearer image of themselves as professional futures in education, having acquired the competences necessary for the professional practice of the orientation areas occupying the developing their profession and a personal positioning to education.
