Abstract: In any educational system, the orientation is considered as an indicator of quality. In further education, counseling for university entrance is an essential element of the system due to the increase of the changes in all matters relating to the university studies. In this respect, is increasing the supply of services intended to help guide students in making decisions for university life. This paper presents and describes the Gateway Program at University of Seville, like a transition from post-compulsory secondary education to university. The objectives of the Gateway Program, orientation program for university entrance, are defined according to the different sectors involved: students, counselors and parents (AMPAS).
