A través de estos ejemplos se pone de manifiesto el recurso a personas interpuestas de estos individuos y se analiza su discurso diplomático, donde destaca la exposición que detalla las circunstancias particulares en las que se producen estas «cesiones por mandato».This study analyzes twelve cases from early fifteenth-century Sevillian notarial records involving the acquisition of properties that were later transferred to important members of the urban oligarchy of the city, such as Diego López de Estúñiga and Pedro Ponce de León. These properties were ostensibly obtained upon their orders and with their funds.
