A su vez, se plantean las distintas alternativas posibles que, en la práctica, podrían ayudar a evitar la drástica disminución de las plantillas que la robotización provocará, así como, a garantizar el mantenimiento de las pensiones por incapacidad y jubilación llegado el momento en el que, nuestro modelo de Seguridad Social, estructurado sobre un sistema de reparto, sea insuficiente para hacer frente a las necesidades sociales que actualmente cubre.This paper analyzes the challenges that the full automation of the productive processes that will be achieved as a result of the application of artificial intelligence to the business sector will mean for the Labor Law of the XXI century in a few years time.
