Esto se debe al hecho de que la población en general, tanto las empresas como sus grupos de interés o stakeholders, se encuentran cada vez más preocupados por el mundo que se habita y su conservación; hoy día los consumidores prefieren colaborar con empresas que tengan un comportamiento socialmente responsable y consciente con la sociedad y sus recursos, que con aquellas que no lo sean. Es por esto que la gran mayoría de las organizaciones han tomado consciencia acerca de esta situación y tratan de adaptarse a los últimos cambios en las políticas sociales lo más rápido posible; es importante resaltar el hecho de que estas compañías trabajan normalmente en entornos dinámicos y cambiantes a lo que, actualmente, se le suma la dificultad de no perder fuerzas contra aquellas que son competidoras en el sector y, además, son éticamente sostenibles. En este trabajo se pretende viajar por el concepto de RSC desde su ámbito más teórico hasta su lado más práctico, analizando de forma detallada los aspectos más relevantes del Informe de Responsabilidad Social de la compañía Indra Sistemas S.LCorporate Social Responsibility is a term that, despite not being recent, is in vogue in the last few years. This is due to the fact that the population in general: companies and interest groups or stakeholders, are increasingly concerned about the world where we live and its conservation; Nowadays, people prefer to collaborate with those companies that have a socially responsibility and conscious behaviour with society and its resources than with those that are not. This is why the vast majority of organizations have become aware of this situation and had answered to the latest changes in social policies as quickly as possible; It is important to highlight the fact that these relationships tend to be dynamic and changing to what, at present, is added the difficulty of not losing people who are competitors in the sector and, in addition, are ethically sustainable.
